Physical Therapist / Physical Therapy Assistants Employment Opportunity

We are an established outpatient physical therapy facility that is seeking a full or part time Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant. We are moving to a new location in Mentor, Ohio. Our mission is to create the best possible environment for our staff so we can work together in helping patients receive quality care and reach their goals. Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited PT program (minimum bachelor degree for PT) or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (minimum associates degree)
Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio or Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Ohio
Responsible for evaluating/assessing needs of patients and formulating treatment plans.
