What to expect on your first visit?
On your first visit to Hands on Physical Therapy, a licensed physical therapist will evaluate your injury or condition, and discuss your goals and specific needs to help develop an individualized treatment plan. Your evaluation will take 1 hour, and your proceeding visits will take about 45 minutes to an hour depending upon your injury or condition. It is very important to follow your individualized treatment plan in order to meet the goals that you set for yourself.
